I see a similar pattern in organizations. Many companies are layering AI onto processes, structures, and performance models that were designed for a different era. The opportunity isn't just to make existing systems more efficient. It's to rethink how people learn, contribute, and create value. The organizations that treat learning as a lifelong capability rather than a phase of life will likely have a significant advantage in the years ahead.

That’s exactly right. Instead of taking this as an opportunity to fix everything by using AI they just layer AI on top of the broken practices that are already there.
